  • We stumbled upon Superior Sausages a couple of months back as my husband is doing some work in the area. We ended up trekking to SS together on a Saturday morning to see what they had to offer. It looks very old neighbourhood and not very promising from the outside, but as soon as you step inside the smoked meat smell will make you salivate! There are a wide variety of European meats and sausages here and the staff are more then happy to explain to you what they are, and give you a sample to try in advance of buying. There is also a selection of other foods in the store such as perogies, horseradishes, and some cheeses. Every staff member that we have dealt with here has been fabulous and is the icing on the cake of a visit to Superior Sausage. We have returned several times since discovering this little gem, all of the sausages and meat we've purchased has been eaten up in no time. This is definitely a place we will be visiting time and time again.
