  • I bought a Tahoe, had a bad experience with that purchase. My bad for going back to Gateway to trade in and get a Cruze to save on gas money. Not only did they lie and screw me over, but I found out by a car fax that they sold my Cruze to someone months before me. That person brought it back and they sold me the Cruze as a 1st owner. When I went to get rid of the piece of crap car, I found out I was actually a second owner. They also had me so upside down in the car. They do not care about the customer. All they wanted was the money. The service center was good to me usually, but I had my problems with them too. In three years I had so many issues with the Cruze. I get they are a business, but guess what, I told everyone I knew to never go to Gateway. I also traded in my Cruze for a Toyota Tundra. Chevy in general will never get my business again. I know I am just 1 person, but reviews travel far and fast. I can write much more, but I will not waste any more of my life dealing with Gateway.
