| - Hi there, thanks for acknowledging my reviews. I just wish you would give me the same courtesy when my husband & I have patiently waiting for the "Work Order" to be done (some is still NOT resolved since 3 weeks ago, just FYI!) such: to replace the microwave that is broken, patch a hole in a wall, carpet fixing, leaking & touch up the sink, "noticeable" dent on our garage door, and other issues that had & should be fixed. These are basic/standard things that any NEW existing tenant would EXPECT their Apt Mgr. to handle it Professionally, and in a TIMELY MANNER, especially before you have a tenant move into the new unit!!!
As for your POLICIES, I think it's designed to be in your favor more so than anyone else. And I share that point from our personal experience so far!!
Now if you really CARE about your community & the residents, then you should pay close attention to your tenants Needs by taking IMMEDIATE actions to HELP & RESOLVE any/all OUTSTANDING Issues that are causing problems and creating an UNCOMFORTABLE & INCONVENIENCE Environment for their families!
