  • I stood outside with My 67 year old mother and we waited in line for 37 mins in 115 degree heat before she passed out ..she fell to the ground ..we had to call the fire department to provide medical assistance because she had a heat stroke.,there is no shade and passing out water isn't enough. You should at least have a waiting room where the elderly could sit down and wait in the cool air ..and just because you gave us 20% discount card doesn't make it ok..
