  • Telling the truth is not a requirement for the management at Bermuda Terrace. This place is a hot mess. I lived here for two years. For the first year and a half the gates didn't work. We have gone through all kinds of maintenance issues including the same neighbors water heater busting twice in the same month and flooding our bedroom both times. If you live here get ready to be lied to ALOT by the office. Last August the hot tub stopped working so I called to ask when it would be fixed. The girl said sometime that week. I waited a week, and called her back. This time they were waiting on a permit to reopen it and it should be any day now. I called back once a week for 4 more weeks and she said each time that it would be any day now. That was 9 months ago and to date, the hot tub is still broken. The pool is always dirty and I won't let my 3 year old swim in it anymore. The piping is really bad in our building; so bad that all of the sinks get clogged every few months. The maintenance man came over today to snake it again today and was unable to unclog it, so I have stagnant dirty water sitting in my sinks that resembles something close to a biohazard. Madeline (or maybe it was Marilyn) told me that a plumber would be here between 5pm and 6pm to fix it. It is now 7:30 pm and It's obvious that I was lied to again. Of course the rental office closed at 5:00pm (convenient for them), so I can't follow up tonight. We just closed on a house this week so we are kissing this place goodbye soon. I feel sorry for the next people who move in here.
