  • (*AVOID THIS COMPANY!!*) I used them for cross country moving from CA to MA. They called me before the delivery and said the expected delivery date was Friday, but it turned out that they arrived on Monday. Four days in advance were a huge difference for me because I was out of town, and this wrong estimated delivery date was a huge inconvenience for me and I had to find someone else to receive the delivery for me. They also charged me for shuttles and distance. Ok. I know this is in the contract, but the driver just lied about the price of the shuttle! And if I didn't ask, he would have charged me 50-100 more!!! But these are not nearly the worst part! They promised to assemble my furniture upon delivery, but they didn't! When I was back in my apartment, I was astonished to see that they just left everything disassembled. I also got a coffee table that wasn't mine and MISSED THREE ITEMS! I didn't even have that much stuff to move! I live in a studio and only had minimum amount of furniture. How could they lose three items out of it?? So I called them, and they sent someone to assemble my bed for me, and before that I didn't have a place to sleep on in my own apartment!! As for my missing items, I've been contacting them for a month and a half. They said they have found two, and they kept saying that they would deliver the items soon. But they've been lying to me and procrastinating. Last time they promised that they would deliver two items out of the three last Wednesday, but nobody did! And I called the driver and the office the next day, and they told me to wait for three or four days. I haven't received any update a week later. I tried to contact them and gave them calls, emails, but nobody got back to me. I HAVE NOT received any of my missing items till this day. Nobody bother to look for the other furniture. TERRIBLE service. The most irresponsible company ever. AVOID!!!
