  • Luis / Lewis what ever is the spelling of the person who answered my call. He was horrible and dismissed anyway to help me. I was charged 3 times in the amount $465. I wont get a release or get the tickets. So upset and really wish I used any other option besides TICKETNETWORK. They are the worst--if you are here to decide whether you should use this site or not, please don't. I beg of you! I despise the company
