  • As good as it gets !!! This is my second bike I have purchased from Arrowhead Harley. The crazy thing is that I live more than 700 miles away. I actually drove 14 hours to pick up my new bike. My local dealers in Northern Nevada cannot touch the deals that Arrowhead Harley has giving me. However a great price is only one part of a great deal. More importantly to me is the overall customer service. Arrowhead Harley has a outstanding staff that is extremely helpful and very friendly. But if you want to really get the best possible experience from start to finish contact Rob. From your first internet inquiry or or phone call to Rob you will know you made the right choice. Rob is THE salesman/manager I highly recommend. As a retired large business owner I know customer service. Rob is very knowledgable, extremely patient, honest and has a genuine passion for motorcycles. Rob will get you the best deal he can with no games, no gimmicks, no pressure and no BS deal, just good old fashion quality customer service. It's rare to find a salesman/manager with such honor and integrity. (Which may stem from his military service.) Rob's number one priority is not just to sale a bike, it's to get you on the bike you want and at the absolute best deal. I would personally just like to say a special and very sincere thank you to Rob and Eric for there exceptional customer service. Rob and Eric have absolutely went far and beyond any and all of my expectations I had to make me such a great deal from start to finish. Gentlemen, I sincerely thank you !! Have a Blessed Day !!!
