| - We were dreading looking for a new vehicle....didn't want to feel pressured. We began the afternoon with an intention of looking at 3 different mid size SUVs. Right Toyota was our first stop. We were greeted pleasantly by Moussa. We explained that we wanted to test drive a Highlander and get a little information, but that we were going to be test driving 2 other SUVs and wouldn't be making a decision until we'd looked at/driven all three. He was very informative, without being intimidating and was very easy to talk to. We test drive a sport package Highlander and then asked questions about the different packages. At no time did we feel pressured. He thanked us for stopping in and said he'd be happy to work with us if we decided a Highlander was a fit. We left, test drove 2 other vehicles at different dealerships and then came back. We'd liked the overall ride/value of the Highlander of the 3, and we wanted to discuss price. Moussa was on a test drive with another customer, but Spencer offered to check on availability of colors and packages for us. He drove us up top to look for particular colors and answered our questions. He was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. When Moussa returned he spoke with him and then offered to work with us w/Moussa's blessing to determine a trade in price for our Sequioa, and an out the door cost to purchase the Highlander LTD. We came to agreement within a few minutes and were very happy with the process and agreed upon price. We stated we had time constraints and between Spencer, Moussa and Nick, the Finance Manager, they were able to get us out the door with our new vehicle in 30 minutes. I can't stress enough what a wonderful experience this was. I was so impressed with how all of the employees worked together, how professional they were and how connecting they were. I would highly recommend Right Toyota.
