I received a speeding ticket in January. In my young and dumb days, I just accepted my fate and paid the fee. In my older and wiser years (not wise enough to not speed, apparently), I called Craig P. Kenny's office the day I received my ticket. I was able to send it via email with my contact information. They called me the next day to collect the attorney fee of $50 and told me to call back around the end of March. When I called in March, they stated that my court date was actually in April and to wait a few more weeks. This morning I received a voicemail from the ticketing office that my ticket was dismissed, woot woot! Lesson #1: Don't get any more tickets! Lesson #2: If you do, don't pay it! While the customer service was awesome, I certainly hope I don't have to interact with them again. All the girls in the office that I spoke to over the phone (and I wish could name everybody I interacted with) were super kind and non-judgmental. If you get a ticket, take it to CPK. I highly recommend them!
