  • We had carpet installed in Nov 2014 and could not be more disappointed in the carpet installation 2.5 years later. It is bunching up all throughout and just looks terrible. The installers even came out to redo their job and we still have problems. This area has had very little foot traffic as well. Carpet should not look like this just a few years later installed. Only giving two stars because they did flooring too. Different installers obviously. Stick with flooring if you go here.
