  • We replaced all of the vertical blinds in our house with plantation shutters. Debbie was very knowledgeable about the product and thoroughly explained all the options available to us. She measured every window in our house and told us our delivery date which was less than a month for our blinds to be manufactured and installed. A factory representative came and did a second measurement on all the windows to ensure they were correct. The manufacturer was very good at communicating with us before the installation. The installer took the time to make sure everything was installed and working correctly. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the service Southwest Blinds provided us. It is very gratifying to receive top notch customer service with no hassle. We highly recommend Southwest Blinds!
