| - How on earth is this place getting all these great reviews? The only reason I went here was because the Yelpers were raving about it.
Dined: Saturday March 31, 2012 @ 6PM
Party Size: 3 Adults, 2 Children (6 and 9)
Order:
01 - Mix Tempura
01 - Salmon Sushi
01 - Clam Sushi
01 - Beef Teriyaki
02 - California Rolls
02 - Las Vegas Rolls
01 - Veggie Roll
01 - Some other roll I can't remember.
Tempura - Overpriced. $10 for 10 pieces.
Salmon Sushi - Mom and Dad said this was good.
Clam Sushi - There was at least 1 grain of sand in this tough clam. Biting down on sand is a big bummer!
Beef Teriyaki - Tasteless. This was a HUGE LETDOWN. For $14 it seriously lacked flavor and was not $14 worth. This dish is should be priced at $9.00.
California Rolls - Small, but true to form...they were California rolls.
Las Vegas Roll - Made with eel, but very good.
Veggie Roll - Like the California roll in size, small and ok as far as the quantity or filling.
Mystery Roll (Some other roll I can't remember) - It was ok.

Atmosphere: A smaller sushi place, nothing fantastic, plain.
Service: When I ask the serve what that appetizing dish on the other table is, which this server just brought to them, saying I don't know is not what I want to hear. Even after asking the people at the table... the answer was ___, ___ or __. Ugh.
They did not refill our glasses even once, it wasn't busy.

Will I return? No, this was a major bust. All of my family were expecting better. My mom is going to hold this one over my head for a while.
