  • Called Dukes of Air late this morning for an issue with our AC & they were able to schedule us in this afternoon. Todd showed up & was very friendly! He even called to ask if it was okay to come a bit early...um yes!!! He figured out the issue in a timely manner & fixed us up! He was thorough and gave us the heads up on things to expect with out unit. I am super happy with the service all around. I never felt like I was being upsold or given the runaround today which, as a woman, is always very appreciated. Thanks Dukes of Air! We will definitely be calling you for any future issues & recommending to our friends & family!
