  • I just paid $900 for 2 carpets and 3 sofas and am left with stains on my carpets, dog hair on the sofas and my house disheveled! They said they couldn't put the carpets back because it would wreck the floors if it's still wet. So am I supposed to lift 2 couches and 1 gigantic rug back by myself?! I called them today to have someone come do it and they said they were off and could do it tomorrow (Saturday) at 7am. So inconvenient. For this price they should have been back 4 hours (once it's dry) and put my furniture back. I'm so annoyed.
