  • I am so happy I found The Meat Market! I was embarking on the adventure of making homemade Tonkotsu ramen and the recipe called for pig trotters- I thought where in the heck am I gonna get pigs feet for this broth and sure enough handy dandy yelp pointed me in the right direction. I called and Beth was amazing. I love that they are locally sourced and responsible and their prices are reasonable. I don't think I ever want to buy any type of meat at a grocery store ever again. Definitely check this place out for high quality meat.
