  • This last visit was a bummer. I felt rushed, couldn't relax because I had my feet in a warm tub and hand in a bowl of hot water (I had no left over polish BTW.) I couldn't enjoy the massage chair because of this. The mani had to be redone because the first attempt was sloppy, polish was thick and streaky. And they wanted me to sit in the pedicure chair to get my manicure???? What??? But yet I saw another costumer ushered to a table for her manicure. Maybe they should spend less time watching reruns of, 'Friends,' and more time on customer service. Disappointed
