  • The food was very good during dinner service in the main restaurant, and the service attendant was very prompt. The Deli area of Citizens was also very nice and convenient. During a few trips to Mandalay Bay at different hours, I would grab a quick sandwich and drink at the Citizens Deli. The deli food quality was high, and the girls working the deli counter were helpful and pleasant. I would recommend giving both the deli and the main restaurant a try.
