  • Went to defiance because I heard many good things about them. When I arrived they were not busy which made the experience fast. Once they got ready they called me up and said only one person can be in the room, they even told us where we were and were not able to stand. They were so rude and pissy. Only giving 2 stars because my tattoo did turn out good but the overall customer service was awful. My friend was getting a little star on her foot, one of the points were crooked the tattoo artist got all pissy when she said she wanted it straight and compared the star to the Mona Lisa, saying its art the Mona Lisa isn't perfect either. Don't go here unless you want condescending rude people to give you a tattoo. Not to mention we weren't the only ones the were rude to. They seemed to be rude to everyone. There is no need to get an attitude when someone points out something they don't like on a stencil before they get a PERMANENT tattoo.
