  • I love that we have a Fred Segal in Vegas! Nicolas was my salesperson and he tried very hard to help me find a bathing suit for my upcoming trip. I saw they sold a brand I liked but they only had one size smaller than what I normally get. I caved and bought it anyway . They have a very good selection of just about everything from swim to jeans. It makes it hard to get just one thing. Price point is similar to Nordstrom. The next day I came to terms that I just did not fit in this bikini (kind of looked like a bakery in those bottoms). As sad as it made me to return it, I brought it back. Nacho helped me with the return after trying really hard to find me something else first . I appreciated that he cared about my needs and was very understanding when they had nothing available in my size. He made the return process very easy and stress free. Which is nice to see that they want to make their customers happy. I will definitely be back ! Thank you again Nicolas and Nacho for the pleasant shopping experience!
