  • In November 2017, I came in and met with Conrad. I started a 36 month lease on a 2017 Honda Civic Coupe EXT in no time. Conrad treated me well and I have no complaints. He was very thorough and respectful. My problem lies with the front desk customer service. Each and every time I have walked in there, I have been treated like a dog for asking simple questions like "where is the restroom?", "I'd like to schedule an appointment to..." like not even very serious stuff. Those ladies that sit at that desk are just jerks - ALL of them. Please Honda West, teach them about basic customer service, like don't be an asshole to everyone. Including fellow co-workers. I say that because I've even seen them snap at some of the salesmen. I've been to both, and I can confidently say that the Honda location in Centennial definitely has you beat in this area.
