  • Consistently appalling service. They keep phoning me even though I have asked to be taken off their call list. I bought an F-150 from them back in 2017. The truck is ok, my wife's Escape developed a problem, and although it was covered by their 'almost new' Ford Guaranteed warranty, she still had to pay $100 to get a fault fixed, and they kept the car for two days. Don't go there. Terrible service from a supposed main dealer.
