  • Let's be clear, the one star is only because they have very cute and reasonably priced merchandise. I love the boutique, and I really feel like they could do well as a boutique and self dog wash. I've used the dog wash and it was decent and not terribly priced, about the same quality you would find anywhere else with the exception of Pet Club, as they have one hose that dispenses everything- very handy. That being said, I would steer VERY clear of their grooming. Their set up is cute, and if you are into cage free grooming it appears very nice with the flat screen and fenced off area. However, do not expect them to listen. I had left my long coated dog with a pet sitter who had not brushed her correctly, so she had some matting, but I also had been in previously to purchase brushes and gotten tips to brush her out ahead of time. I left specific instructions to have someone call me if there were any areas of matting that were not able to be brushed. I said I wanted her face rounded, but left long, and I wanted the hair sprouting out over her eyes to be TRIMMED, and her nose left long. I was HORRIFIED when I came back!! My dog had one step above a clean face, with her nose completely shaved. She had a white bandana covering her chest, which when removed revealed her chest had been shaven to the skin in chunks. She was uneven and my gorgeous dog looked awful, which I thought would not ever be possible. Her butt was also shaven in places but left long in other places. They had not listened, had not called like they had said they would, and were very smug about it. Olivia, the owner said "I know you hate it now, but brush her next time and you will start to love it". I was still charged over $100, close to $150 for the dematting charges. I'm confused as to what they dematted since they spot shaved everything. I went in since to apologize for getting upset, and Jessie was rude and told me that I need to keep up on brushing. So, on that note, I am done with them and hope that no one chooses to ever use Jessie or support Olivia's shop. I am very disappointed as this is a cute place and I really looked forward to using them. I am horrified. People who handle other people's prized possessions need to have a lesson in listening and customer service. Disgusting.
