| - We chose this restaurant almost blindly, no one in our group had been here and all we wanted was a very different dining experience. Let me tell you, we got that and so much more. Instead of ordering one entree per person, you order several dishes between your group and share everything, which gives you a much better idea of the menu as you go through your dining journey. The brussel sprouts came incredibly recommended by our server, and if you're not a fan I beg you try them here. They're crisp and full of flavor and reminiscent of salt and vinegar chips! The roasted lamb is also noteworthy - the most tender, juicy lamb I've ever eaten. And the Moroccan fried chicken was so crisp and light and the apricot mustard that came on the side was so sweet and tangy and to die for. We came for a birthday, and they surprised us with the lightest most delicious toffee pudding cake for our celebration. And on top of everything, I was so surprised how small our check was once we'd finished. Between four people, we spent just more than $100 when we were anticipating so much more - it is absolutely worth every penny. The service was incredible, prompt, and so friendly. We came at a slower hour, but don't hesitate to make reservations if you're unsure. Cleo is definitely a stop you want to make while you stay in Vegas.
