  • The ramen here is rich and savory with pork this and pork that (they do have some vegetarian options), pretty much all of it delicious. The appetizers are solid, the flavors are clean but layered. The staff is outstanding and their proximity to the light rail makes them easy to get to from pretty much anywhere in central Charlotte. I wasn't sure about the soft serve, seemed like an odd choice, but even that was good. Well worth a visit.
