  • First impressions: Located at the corner of McClintock and southern the branch was fairly empty at 2pm. Shawna the teller was pleasant and engaging, filling dead air with polite conversation as she multitasked to handle my banking needs. I felt welcomed. This to the customer service I am used from the branches in Indiana. It was refreshing to find it again. This may become my home branch while in Arizona. Thank you Shawna
