  • This place is terrible at customer service. I recently moved to the area and tried them out. I got dip nails and the shape was great. I have long natural nails and I put dip on top to keep them strong and prevent breaking. I have only broken 1 nail in 2 years I've been getting dip nails. However, in the matter of a week 4 of my nails broke. I travel for work so I had to cut them all down and file them myself so I wasn't walking around with sharp broken nails. I was finally able to go to the nail salon to try and have them fixed. They not only called me a lier and said there's no way I could file my nails down to look nice. But refused to fix the nails unless I paid for it. They wanted to charge me $45 which included the cost of tips to make my nails long again since my natural ones broke. Avoid this place at all costs and if you have a problem with your nails don't bother going there to try and get it fixed they won't help.
