  • I had what seemed to be a charlie horse in my back so I came to have it massaged out. They were busy so I sat with my feet soaking for about 15 minutes and then comes a man who stopped 20 minutes into the massage because he had to leave. Then comes a lady and not only was she wearing gloves but she was extra heavy handed and her massage was actually hurting me. She also had a cold and her nose was running THE WHOLE TIME. She kept stopping to wipe her nose and then resumed the massage without washing her hands. I demanded she stop and then someone came and gave her some tissue and she resumed doing the same thing. WHO DOES THIS???? I told the manager and she apologized and said they were so busy and that she'll massage me the next time. Then had the nerve to ask if I had a tip to leave the girl. I'm usually a huge tipper but they totally blew it. I did not tip her not only because she massaged too hard but also because she wore gloves and she was unsanitary. Now I'm home very sick with a cold that I got from this filthy lady!! My body should have had a glove on and I should have worn a mask! If I give a zero star I would. They could care less about the service. They just want your money. This place will never get my business again!!!!
