AC has been out for 2 weeks. Initial call made 7/20. It is 8/1. Still has not been fixed. Provider is recommended and approved under my homeowners warranty. Nothing has been done to date. Still waiting. Called 7/25 to check the status as I was told it would be fixed within 48 hours. was told was told by the tech they were still waiting to see if the warehouse had the correct part. Tech was going to call warehouse again on 7/25 and call me back. Never heard back.
8/1 Called their main line as the tech's number I was working with was disconnected and no longer in service.
They said they had the work order in and a scheduler would need to call me to schedule service. Told CS agent that my order was placed on 7/20. I asked when I could expect service, CS said she didn't know. Asked for an approximation, she said she didn't have one, the scheduler was working on orders from Saturday today to schedule. Told CS agent again, that my order was from 7/20. Asked when my order would be processed as it had been 2 weeks, CS agent said they would call when the had time and hung up.
Not sure how 7/20 ac unit still has not been serviced and why a CS agent would hang up when I am trying to find out when they can service my AC as it has been over 2 weeks?
Rude and completely unacceptable.
