  • Worst company ever. First of all, they knew I wanted to convert to a salt water pool, and they led me to believe that was included in their bid, so I would think their bid for the entire yard and pool reboot was the lowest, when it was not. So I had to pay someone else for new pool equipment. When they were installing the travertine, it was problem after problem, they kept slipping and sliding. They installed an irrigation system that flooded my yard and drowned half the plants. When they were installing last fall, and he wanted paid, he kept saying we can't leave it screwed up because everything is guaranteed for a year. Now they say the plants they killed are not under warranty and they are taking their time fixing the irrigation system, so we are having to water the remaining plants by hand. They are dishonest, sloppy and incompetent. There are too many other landscapers and pool companies in town to ever do business with this outfit. They charge extra if you want to pay with a credit card.
