| - Now under new management - the worst customer service in these apartments I have ever experienced. I came in to pay for the rent, old white lady was holding the phone and saw me enter. She was talking to a Mexican guy who stood with his back to me. I thought he might be a resident, so I didn't bother to ask if he works there. That lady didn't even tell the guy that I was standing behind him and may have needed an assistance. Also, they couldn't hear how I entered the office?!
When that guy finally turned back to me, I gave my rent payment. He asked me some question, in the middle of the sentence, he turned to some other person who was walking out as if he was not assisting me. How rude and unprofessional! No apologies, no anything. No thank you for the rent payment. Also, no one is smiling.
The other time I called because there was no running water, the same Mexican guy answered the phone. "There is no running water either," he said, without any apology for inconvenience or anything, but he let me know that he just came from lunch, the useless and irrelevant information. I had to ask five times to find out the estimated time to have the water back.
