  • I've been here for a couple facial treatments/services and I like it. However, the 'tip' option on the interac machine needs to be removed. I felt like they were digging for any form of extra payment, after I'd just finished paying around $400. The owner should be embarrassed to even allow that. The secretary doesn't do any work for the clients, so why should I tip her? I pay a large amount for the services to begin with, I shouldn't be looking at paying more for something else that has nothing to do with my treatments.
