  • JZL Designs gave me an excellent quote compared to others in their field. John came out promptly and took measurements, made drawings and was able to provide me with an estimate and a rendition from a computer program. He also knocked over a candle and left the toilet seat up after using the restroom. Small things, but when you have to clean up after, annoying. They said it would take 3 weeks after I gave them half the money to order and receive the cabinets. 5 weeks later I was still calling for updates. When the cabinets arrived I was told to be at my house between 8 and 9am. Alex the installer didn't arrive until almost 10am with an "I got lost" story. They tore down the old cabinets without a hitch and started installing the new ones. They quit at 3:30pm. The next day, same story with them showing up at 9:30 again this time saying he had to cut something at the shop. Next day, same thing. On the last day they had to install the counter which apparently was made wrong and they didn't show up until 1:30. When all was said and done, the cabinets and counter looked wonderful!!! They did lose one of my toilet paper roll holders.....
