  • They should have told me on the phone when I ordered the service that I should have cash up front or would charge 5% for use of a card and I would have gone to the bank prior to the mechanic showing up. That said, I have to give them a 5 star rating as I have used them more than once over the years and have found the mechanics to be honest, fast, and friendly. Recently their mechanic Joe solved, within one hour, an electrical mystery that had my pickup down for weeks. I am very pleased. I often always felt used when I take my car to shops, but I don't feel this way with Mobile Mechanics.
