This is an update to our first review. We were contacted by head of engineering to make this right. He came to our home and measured for a new screen. The new screen was installed and it is good. We were assured the President of the company is taking all these complaints seriously and has moved to a cubicle in the Customer Service Dept. They have hired more people to handle issues in Customer Service. However, we still had a number of failed communications while the company was trying to schedule a date for replacement. Our door is quality and we are now satisfied with the product. However, Customer Service and how they communicate inside the company still needs improvement.
