  • Very upset my case was passed in between attorneys, but then more bothered that they don't bother to notify you as the client, I had to find out when I showed up for my pre deposition meeting that it was a completely new attorney! One that was brand new with the firm!!! Another thing that really bothered me, I'm their client and they would send me paper work with my name wrong... You can AT LEAST take the time to make sure my name is spelled write!! Your a law firm and it's a legal document. I ended up winning my case... For only half of what we asked for . And I believe my attorney.. Bryan Blackwell did the absolute best job he could have done based on my case..... He and his paralegal Jackie were always really good at getting back to be and responding to me by either email/ phone. That's the only reason there aren't less stars.... Then I got a magazine book less in the mail after my settlement etc explaining the whole process and Yada Yada , that information would have been so helpful BEFORE my case! So would I recommend the Richard Harris Law firm to a friend... No ... Would I recommend Bryan Blackwell ... yes.
