We went to Queen Vic on a Saturday evening after watching some very entertaining Sin City Roller Girls' roller derby action at the Riviera.
The decor of this place makes it look like someone took a real English pub and slapped it onto the side of the Riviera. We had a nice meal of fish and chips with some delicious Boddington's.
The service was very adequate at first. The server was friendly and prompt. But when the roller derby let out and filled up the Queen Vic for the after party, he FREAKED OUT. I can understand being a little stressed out, but this was a complete and utter melt down.
This is a good place to go to if you already happen to be at the Riviera, but there are a few other British pubs or beer places that have better locations, food and just as good or better beer selection.
