  • Love the products, but don't care for the service, in general. It's gone way downhill. Maybe Amazon will save it! There is never anyone at the bakery counter - and those few times you see someone you wave at them and they ignore you! Also the manager lady, a tall blonde woman, is almost always rude. I hate it when she's there.
