  • Way over priced, portions are small and quality is meh. We ordered the Mediterranean salad and was so disappointed with it! No pita bread, 2 olives, 3/4 of one slice of a cucumber, 1/2 of a slice of green pepper and 2 tablespoons of feta! This was their 'large' Mediterranean salad for $4.99. The gyro had two small pieces of lamb inside a big pita with sparce traces of feta. Luckily we bought the appetizer of 6 Grape Leaves (that were floating in olive oil), they were very good and luckily helped fill us up. Save your money and try one of the many Ballantyne area restaurants that will satisfy you for your hard earned money! Sorry Zeitouni Grill, we really want to like you but after several visits its just not worth the money!
