  • IF we could give this a zero we would. My husband made a reservation but after a review of dates we had to change it...that is where we could not get out of this.. things happened like our credit card was charged within 10 minutes..supposed to be an hour..those answering the phones told us they could help us..until we got to management... We are long time Marriott customers, we tend to use Marriot over other hotels..but after this experience they will now become our last choice....too bad so sad..but this has been a total shocker for us. So very disappointed and out $$$ because of a policy no other hotels have...and even if you are a frequent visitor to Marriott it does not matter.
