Fresh fish... delicious dishes... friendly staff... affordable prices.... and I love how he caters to the locals... finally a sushi place to go to that has high quality fish without the high strip prices but fish quality if not better than the strip. This is not an AYCE restaurant but they do have amazing sushi rolls. I love the Fire Cracker Roll, the Yellowtail Yuzu Soy, and let's not forget the Sashimi Mix plate of 15 pcs of fresh fish for just $25 (have you've seen how he cuts his sashimi pieces? It's much thicker than most places I go to). I normally wait to sit at the bar just to see Chef John in action. His friendly warm welcoming personality definitely brings more flavor to his dishes and there's never a quiet dull moment. We leave with a night filled with great food, great drinks and laughs with the chef/owner John
