  • DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT bring your dogs here. If the Owner is reading this, I know you must be expecting it, but I needed to cool off before I could write an appropriate review. It was my first time boarding my two 4 month old shepherd/lab puppies. We were very worried about taking them anywhere because we didn't want them to be in kennels. I heard about "just like home" from a lady at the groomer and she raved about you guys. We went there that day to check out the facility after looking at these yelp reviews and reading about them on their website. What a load of garbage! We were told multiple times since they weren't spayed (too young to spay them) that they would be in a kennel ONLY to sleep at night. From 9pm-6am. When we dropped them off at 7am, we downloaded the app to watch them and see how they were doing throughout the day. The last time we saw them on video was 10:30 that morning. We kept checking, kept checking, kept checking. Still no sight of them. (Mind you, the only place they don't have cameras are in the kennel areas.) We called at around 1:30pm to figure out where they could be and the lady told us they were in a kennel because they were doing rotation and moving the dogs around and that they would be outside at 2:30... Ok....? We check the cameras again around 3. Still nothing. Still haven't seen our puppies since 10:30 AM!!!! We call back around 4:30 to find out they are STILL IN THEIR KENNEL!!!!!! 10000% not ok. Under any circumstance. Their reasoning was because they aren't spayed and other dogs might try to attack them and the only time they would be out of the kennel is when they go outside. The man I talked to was extremely rude so we asked to talk to a manager and he said the owner would call us back. More than an hour later we received a call from Tracy, who is apparently the owner. She gave us the run around. Made excuses for her staff. With absolutely no logical reason as to why they were in the kennel literally ALL DAY. We told her our emergency contact was going to come pick them up that night. She didn't apologize for anything. Her only concern was who would be paying for it. WOW! If you want to take your dogs somewhere that they'll get affection and not sit in a kennel all day, this is not the place. Extremely unprofessional owner. The ladies at the front are friendly, but that's about as good as it gets. Long long long story short... STAY AWAY. Do not give this run down place with greedy owners any of your business and do not trust them with caring for your babies. They aren't the only boarder in Vegas, do your research and please don't be fooled by them.
