  • 5/13/18 6:25pm on a Sunday. Just rolled up to Name Brand and a young girl exits the store and is staring me down as I pull in. I honestly got the vibe that she worked there had just locked the door as I pulled up but did a double take because the open sign was still on. Walk up to the door and see a sign that says Sunday hours are 11am-7pm. Sure enough the door is locked, lights off. I'm sitting in the parking lot and another family just rolled up and tried to go in only to find out they had closed early. I assume that she was tasked with closing the store alone and had some sort of emergency causing her to close up early. Or I guess that girl could have been another customer trying to shop there and she was staring me down because she thought maybe I worked there and was coming to open the store! That would explain why she wouldnt say anything to me like "Hey I closed the store early for reasons." Anyways disappointing to find the store locked even though the open sign was on and the posted hours on the door said it should be open to 7, and there was no other note on the door indicating a change in hours for the day. It is mother's day. Maybe that has something to do with it but then why not change the sign? Or turn the open sign off? Anyway my experience here has always been 5 stars and this is the only exception to that streak. This visit gets 1 less star because I think something could have been done to indicate why they are inexplicably closed... I would have spent the past 15 minutes shopping for pants but instead I'm spending it writing this review. Anyway you guys are still cool but coming from someone who has run a small business before - leave a note! Thanks!
