  • I echo the sentiments of other reviewers. What is happening with this company seems a little shady. After they took my water sample (which they claimed was free and although I knew it was a sales ploy, they made it sound like a city thing) they gave me a call to set an appointment with me and my wife. The call unfolded like this: I explained that my wife does not like this kind of appt door to door stuff, and that I would be happy to be there alone for the appt, then tell my wife what they offer in terms of water softening services and the costs etc.... He told me they don't do business this way, that my wife had to be there or they would not come out. I told him I would not be buying one right away so he might as well come tell me what the prices were since I am in the market for a softener. He said sorry we don't do that and hung up. He wouldn't even tell me the results of my water test over the phone.
