  • This is one of my favorite restaurants. It was my birthday so I wanted to go there! I love, love their rainbow trout. They start off, with small yeasty rolls, delish! I of course ordered my fave, rainbow trout, with brown butter & toasted capers! My husband ordered the short ribs, served with tomato jam & mashed potatoes. Excellent! The only thing I will tell u that my trout came with green beans, they do them very crisp. I asked the waitress to cook them well done? I mean soft, they turned out perfect! A cheesecake was presented for my birthday, delicious! Thanks to Danielle our server, she was awesome!
