  • If winning an award with the tea is a promotional item, serve people that tea. Went in to ONLY get the tea (at 1030am); only to see it get poured out of a thermos. I paid for it, but I promptly dumped it in the trash. I went in to buy the tea that won them the award, not some crap that was pre-made; and nowhere in my travels in cafes in Hong Kong did I see anyone pour tea out of a thermos that is PRE-MADE. Almost felt like a bait-and-switch.
