  • I go to this location as it is close to home. unfortunately, I have been here several times too many. Each time the prescription was not correct the first time and each time I had to go back at least once and on occasion multiple times. You have to wait 7-10 days to get your glasses. This time I paid half the cost for a prescription that turns out isn't going to work for me at all. The lenses were off and I'd have to tilt my head up to see what was in front of me. I went back and they tested again, and again when I received my glasses it was still the same thing. I can't wear lenses that are not correct and that I cannot see out of properly. So I said you know what...enough. They obviously are not working out. I asked to have them done in just single vision instead. I've left several messages to find out the cost difference or if I should expect a refund and no one has called me back. I was told today there is only one person who can help me which is ridiculous. They still have my glasses, I can't see and how can I pick them up with no one telling me where I stand with the cost? You call me and tell me they are ready but you can't tell me how much I owe or how much I should expect back? Update- I was told that I would have to pay full price for the glasses that did not work out for me. Not that any of this was disclosed up front to the customer. Perhaps it would have been nice to know before I made the decision to do both pairs. I am paying hundreds for them. I don't know about any of you but I don't have hundreds just laying around. I'm speechless. And even when I took them back and said this isn't working out for me, not even then did anyone inform me about anything to do with the cost. I'm just saying at the time we discussed the progressive lenses, which by the way I had never tried before, I should have been told then if they didn't work out I would still have to pay full price. Because I'm telling you... I would never have decided to try them and would have stayed with my single vision lenses and not gotten ripped off! Now I don't know what to do. Why should I have to pay for lenses that were not right? That's unfair to the consumer.
