  • Don't waste your time or money. Receptionist are nice but are misinformed. I inquired about getting a cortisone injection ( for arthritis in my thumb )was told they could do it in the office. Paid my 30$ co-pay. Waited 20t minutes,then was told they do not give cortisone injections !! What a waste of time & money ! I should have learned my lesson.I a few months later i call to make an appointment for weight loss ( appitite suppressant phentermine) was told again he'd be able to help me. This time waited 45 minutes just to be told by Dr.Udall he doesn't prescribe phertermine . He thinks "yes you will loss weight but you will gain it all back plus 10 more lbs" !!! Really ??. ( I was willing to take that chance since my sister had great results with it & kept the weight off ). When I requested my co-pay back (the wasted time I can't get back !) The billing girl Cheryl said I owe 65$ from August !!! So all of a sudden I owe 65$ ?? I've been there at least 3 times since August ( 7 months !! )it was never mentioned I owe anything ! Always pay my co-pay..I can go on about past problems but it's getting too long..bottom line don't waste your time or money !!
