  • Since Earnhardt has taken over this location I have purchased two vehicles, and have had a great experience both times. My salesman the first time was Richard Wright, who knows exactly how to treat a customer so he was my salesman the second time as well. I know what I'm looking for when I go car shopping, and hate people trying to steer me to a different car. Richard never tried to steer me to a different car, and let me do my thing while test driving. He didn't try to prove his knowledge like most salespeople do, as he listened when I said I have done my research. However, if I had a question he was very knowledgeable and was always able to answer them. He did not pressure me for a credit app before I could even look at a vehicle, or try and other that other "car salesman" type stuff. I am a 22 year old with a larger income and higher credit score than a lot of people my age, and while other salesman (not at this dealership) have always prejudged me based on my age and refusal to give a credit app before I find a car I'm interested in, Richard did the exact opposite and was willing to help. This is why I bought my second vehicle from him, and will buy all my future vehicles from him. When it comes time to talk numbers the managers in control of the price do not hide in an office and make the salesperson the middleman. The sales manager I had (both times also) was Cameron, he listened to what I needed and after some negotiation I got the price the worked for me. Cameron was not high sales pressure at all, and is even honest enough to bring out the invoice for the vehicle. I also met Joe, who is the general sales manager, when came out to bring me water and introduce himself. I thought he was going to try and sell me something additional at first but after a brief chat he left, so it really was just to introduce himself and say thank you. Very different atmosphere than any other car dealership I've been to, but I won't complain. Richard has always when I had service related issues or questions on both vehicles, and while I have never worked with anyone else at this dealership, I still suggest asking for Richard because I know he will provide my fellow yelpers what they need!
