I purchased a LivingSocial deal for 3 gel manicures in late November. I went to try and schedule and basically the only option is to text the owner. I was not expecting immediate response as I know people are busy and I would expect for her to be in appts. I did however respond late last night when I saw a response so that I would not forget to do so. Fast foward to mid morning today I saw another response saying to request a refund as I did not have respect for her time.
Of course on top of that Living Social apparently only does refunds for 3 days after the purchase date. So I get to now fight with them to get a refund when the merchant obviously does not want new business.
As a business owner I cannot imagine responding to a prospective new client in this way.
